At Enchanted Celebrations we take your privacy and confidential information very seriously. It is one of our top priorities to ensure that our customers feel comfortable making payments toward their event package.
When making a payment, please make sure that the purchaser’s name and event date is present so we know which account to apply your payment to.
Our preferred form of payment is via E-check which has no surcharge added.
For all one time debit or credit card transactions a $9.99 service charge will be added.
Prior to submitting your e-check payment please assure you have all necessary funds and that your information is entered into the system correctly. All bounced payments will result in a $65 charge added to your invoice.
